Delivering Across Australia
At The Cloud Slipper Australia, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

- Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order
- Timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time beyond the estimates above
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australian addresses. No minimum order value required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout for priority dispatch and faster delivery. Express shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@cloudslipperau.com.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. The Cloud Slipper Australia is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected from a pickup point:
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping costs may apply)
- If no response is received within 14 days, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email
- Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carrier delays can occur
- Contact us at support@cloudslipperau.com if your parcel appears stuck or has not moved in several days
We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
