How long does shipping take?
We ship within Australia only. Orders are processed in 2–4 business days, then dispatched with:
- Parcel Post: 3–7 business days (Free)
- Express Post: 2–4 business days ($9.95)
A tracking email is sent once your order has been dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free Parcel Post shipping is available on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend required. Express Post is available for $9.95. All options are shown at checkout before payment.
What is your return policy?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Email support@cloudslipperau.com with your order number to start a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to apply the credit.
How do I find my size?
Use the Size Chart button on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Email us before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?

My item arrived damaged or faulty.
Email support@cloudslipperau.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. We cover return shipping in these cases where applicable.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
